Разработка методического инструментария оценки конкурентной среды отраслей экономики региона
В статье представлены разработанная автором методика оценки конкурентной среды отраслей экономики региона и ее апробирование на материалах Вологодской области (Россия). Методика основана на таких важных показателях развития экономики, как инвестиции в основной капитал, затраты на информационные и коммуникационные технологии, затраты на оплату труда, объем заказов на поставку продукции в последующие периоды, динамика количества организаций и динамика числа высокопроизводительных рабочих мест. На основе данных показателей в соответствии с методикой определены относительные показатели, рассчитаны весовые коэффициенты для них. В итоге рассчитан интегральный показатель состояния развития конкурентной среды для каждой отрасли экономики, который определяет ранговое место отрасли по уровню развития конкурентной среды. Результаты апробирования методики позволили сделать следующий вывод. Конкурентная среда экономики наиболее развита в следующих отраслях: строительство, деятельность гостиниц и ресторанов, операции с недвижимым имуществом, аренда и предоставление услуг, оптовая и розничная торговля. Дальнейшее исследование состояния развития конкурентной среды в экономике региона предполагает углубленный внутриотраслевой и межрегиональный анализ.
Development of methodical tools of an assessment of the competitive environment of branches of economy of the region
The article presents the assessment methods of the competitive environment of branches of economy of the region, developed by the author, and its approbation on materials of the Vologda region (Russia). The methods is based on such important indicators of economic development, as investment in fixed capital, costs of information and communication technologies, labor costs, the volume of orders for the supply of products in a subsequent periods, the dynamics of the number of organizations and dynamics of high-performance workplaces. On the basis of these indicators according to a methods relative indicators are defined, weight coefficients for them are calculated. As a result, the integral indicator of a condition of development of the competitive environment for each branch of the economy, which determines the rank place of branch by a level of development of a competitive environment, is calculated. The results of approbation methods allowed to draw the following conclusion. The competitive environment of economy is most developed in the following branches: construction, activity of hotels and restaurants, operations with real estate, rent and rendering of services, wholesale and retail trade. Further research of a condition of the competitive environment in economy of the region assumes intra-branch and interregional the profound analysis.
